Assignment 3: Find a recent case (within the last five years) that was heard at any court level, that raises a 4th or 5th Amendment concern (there’s a good one on GPS and police searches). Describe the facts of the case and what issues it raises. Then, briefly (300 words) give your opinion on the case (be sure that it is rooted in logic and/or precedent).
